Pre-Order

**Preorders and Orders**:

**1 → "Simple Operation"**

You purchase only products that are currently in stock.

**Example**: You buy 5 in-stock products.

**Step 1**: You immediately pay the full amount via PayPal.

**Step 2**: We calculate the actual shipping cost.

**Step 3**: If necessary, we issue an additional invoice for any shipping cost difference or refund the overpayment via PayPal.

**Step 4**: You make the payment (if required) or receive the refund.

**Step 5**: We ship your order within 5-10 business days.

**Step 6**: The tracking number is sent to you.

**2 → "Combined Order (Same Month)"**

You can combine in-stock products with pre-orders that are scheduled to be released in the same month.

**Example**: On January 5, you purchase three in-stock products and two pre-order items expected to arrive at the end of January.

**Step 1**: You pay immediately via PayPal for the in-stock products.

**Step 2**: Two orders are automatically created (one for the in-stock items and one for the pre-order items).

**You have two options:**

**Option 1**: We ship the in-stock products immediately and send the pre-order items at the end of the month. (Please select this option during checkout.)

**Step 3**: We issue an additional invoice for shipping (for the in-stock items) or refund the overpayment via PayPal.

**Step 4**: You make the payment (if required) or receive the refund via PayPal.

**Step 5**: We ship the in-stock items within 5-10 business days.

**Step 6**: The tracking number for the in-stock items is sent to you.

**Step 7**: At the end of January, we send an invoice for the pre-order items once they arrive in stock.

**Step 8**: You pay via PayPal for the pre-order items.

**Step 9**: We ship the pre-order items within 5-10 business days.

**Step 10**: The tracking number for the pre-order items is sent to you.

**Option 2**: We ship your entire order, including both in-stock and pre-order items, at the end of the month.

**Step 3**: We send a month-end invoice for the shipping and any newly available products.

**Step 4**: You pay via PayPal.

**Step 5**: We ship your order within 5-10 business days.

**Step 6**: The tracking number is sent to you.

**3 → "Combined Order (Multiple Months)"**

You can pre-order items that are released over several months without any issue.

Our system will automatically organize your purchases by their respective release months.

If you place additional orders, the items will be combined with your existing orders where possible.
