Parcel Forwarding Service:
For our customers who wish to purchase products available only in Japan but do not have a Japanese address, we offer a simple and efficient forwarding service for 400 yen per package shipped (regardless of the size and weight of the package). You can order CDs, DVDs/Blu-ray, games, books, clothes, or any other product of your choice, as long as it can be shipped abroad. Products received through the forwarding service cannot be shipped with items from our store or items purchased via the proxy service.
Procedure:
- Place your order on the Japanese website of your choice. When ordering, use the following address for delivery and make sure to include your name, surname, and the forwarding order number generated via the form below, which you will find in your account history after completing the process:

- Repacking: If you would like your items repacked or combined before shipping, check the appropriate box. The minimum fee is 200 yen, and it varies depending on the size and nature of the package. A quote will be provided.
- Payment of fees: The initial service fee of 400 yen will only be charged once we have received your items.
- Final invoice: Once your package(s) have been received, we will send you a PayPal invoice with the total amount, including 400 JPY per package shipped, repacking (if necessary), international shipping fees, and PayPal fees (3.7% of the total + 40 yen), calculated on the entire invoice. No further items or shipping method changes will be accepted once the invoice is issued.
- Shipping restrictions: Please note that certain products cannot be shipped internationally, including flammable items, products containing uninstalled lithium batteries, and some food or liquid items. Please check the full list of restrictions before placing your order.
